This CGA 347 Zip Nut allows for the easiest connection on all CGA 347 male threads. It is widely popular in the commercial and industrial filling operations, and is now available for the fire market. To install this Zip Nut, simply slide back the outer sleeve, insert over the male threads, then release the sleeve. A simple 1/2 to 3/4 additional turn to seat, and your good to go. A unique red warning line will be displayed if the connector is not installed correctly.
This CGA 347 Zip Nut weighs under a pound and can be installed anywhere a previous handtight connector was installed. It is specifically designed for 4500 PSI SCBA cylinders or storage tanks.
